Budget for the House of Representatives

Our one constitutional duty is balancing our State budget. Check. Completed. And yes... our revenues are taking a huge hit... so there's more work ahead for the budget.

Kansas House of Representatives: The attached newsletter was the last newsletter, with the budget update, sent to constituents prior to first adjournment. Though we are scheduled to return to the Capitol on April 27, we understand our present circumstances may prevent our scheduled meeting. Like you, we're taking one day at a time with the hope that soon we'll all be back to work.
